The Challenge

Five years ago, customers asked for a chatbot for Cherwell Service Management. We created OneBot to meet that demand: a dedicated chatbot that could sit alongside Cherwell and help users get answers and complete tasks without leaving the conversation.

Our Solution

OneBot has evolved from that first Cherwell chatbot into a full chatbot platform. It now supports full workflow automation, connects to multiple systems, and lets teams design and run automated workflows alongside conversational AI, all while keeping deep integration with Cherwell Service Management.
