What’s the interview process like at OneBot?
Our interview process is designed to be fast, fair, and human. It usually includes an informal intro call and formal interview with someone from the team you’d be working with. We’re not into trick questions or drawn-out timelines.
Do you support remote or hybrid working?
Yes. Most roles are hybrid by default, with flexibility to work from home or our bright, open-plan office in Swindon. A few roles are fully remote depending on the team and responsibilities but we typically look to have people in the office as much as possible to help build our culture.
What benefits do you offer?

Can I apply if I don’t meet every single requirement?
