Subprocesses

A list of third parties we work with to help deliver and support OneBot.

To support the delivery of our services, Sollertis Limited, trading as OneBot (“OneBot”) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (individually, a “Sub-processor”), in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor.

Third parties

OneBot currently uses third-party Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-processor, OneBot performs due diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Updates

As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we engage may also change. We will endeavour to provide the owner of the Customer’s account with notice of any new Sub-processors to the extent required to provide services to you, along with posting such updates here. Please check here regularly for updates.


Changes to this policy

We change this policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date when the last changes were published . If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of policy changes).
