Who we are and why we exist

OneBot exists to make business conversations work better – for everyone. We’re a product born from experience, built by a team that’s spent over a decade solving real-world IT and service challenges. Before we launched OneBot, we were known as Sollertis – a British IT services company founded in 2013. Our work took us across industries and borders, helping organisations of all sizes streamline how they operated, supported customers, and worked with technology.
But again and again, we saw the same pattern: people got stuck. Trapped in clunky systems. Waiting on slow responses. Losing time. Frustrated with tools that made simple things feel unnecessarily hard. It didn’t sit right with us. So, we took everything we’d learned, everything we knew could work better – and we built something new.
